I have had insurance with these guys for years. I added an automobile to my policy then something got goofed up... I was reconciling my bank account and noticed that they had not been paid. called them and they said that they had cancelled my insurance do to non-payment. Insurance now doubled. Said they notified me by text. I searched my phone and no text. Said that they sent a letter and no letter was received. I will do business elsewhere
